The reports from the "Assessment of need of activities to support Children and Youth At Risk (CYAR) in the Barents Region" project, has been presented at the latest Joint Working Group on Health and Social related Issues (JWGHS) meeting in Syktyvkar in September 2019. The project is financed by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and performed by the Finnish institute for Health and Welfare. Read more
